As a new business we have limited supply of stock and some items will need to be made to order. These are mainly the clothing lines, umbrellas, wallets, bags, headwear and jewellery. These items (except the rings) should be with you within ten days from ordering, whereas all other accessories are ready to be shipped within the time frame below. Thank you for your patience during our early stages of business development.
If we receive you order before 1pm on a weekday we will aim to have your items despatched the following day. If you are in the UK you are able to choose how you prefer your items to be delivered, as follows:

If we receive you order after 1pm on a weekday we aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you to let you know it’s on its way.
If you have not received your items in the expected time period, or you have received your items and they are damaged, you should notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@brumting.co.uk or calling 07971000598.
